By my count I think there we 84 questions God asked Job. The first question God asked Job was “Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?” (Job 38:4).
Modern scientists claim to know the “laws of nature”.
The phrase, “nature” is used by people to describe the material and physical world. It is frequently used by modern scientists to hide their disbelief of God. Yet where can the laws of nature lead us but back to God Himself? Obviously, we cannot have laws without a lawgiver!
The Bible tells us in John 1:3 that, “All things were made by him [Christ]; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” Paul adds in Colossians 1:17, “And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”
Evolution is not compatible with the clearly revealed facts of Scripture which state God is the Creator (Job 38-41; Genesis 1). So how can the modern scientists ignore God’s question posed to Job? If their answer demonstrates a belief in evolution, he or she is revealing ignorance and a conscious decision to reject God’s statement of fact that He is the Creator of all things.
As Christians we need to, “Stand firm in the face of deception and rebellion”. Prove yourself faithful to the Lord’s declarations.
Surprise! The fact that God is Creator is a message woven throughout the ENTIRE Bible, not just Genesis 1:1.
